Redefining the future of health through science, innovation, and human potential.

ABOUT QOL PROJECT

At the Quality of Life Project™, our mission is to elevate how we live, function, and age by redefining quality of life as a measurable form of medicine. We seek to understand the human aging process through data-driven QoL metrics, integrating personalized medicine, molecular science, and regenerative aesthetics to optimize aging from the inside out. By bridging science, innovation, and function, we aim to transform the future of aging—empowering people not only to extend their lifespan, but to enhance their energy, resilience, and human potential.

DR. CHRISTIE

Dr. Christie Prendergast is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the visionary founder of the Quality of Life Project™.

Her pioneering approach bridges regenerative aesthetics, precision medicine, and molecular science to redefine how we understand and optimize the human aging process. Drawing on her extensive clinical experience and global collaborations, Dr. Christie developed the Beauty Matrix™ and Quality of Life (QoL) frameworks—data-driven methodologies that translate biomarkers, genetics, and functional metrics into personalized strategies for longevity, performance, and aesthetic vitality.

Guided by a belief that quality of life is the most meaningful metric of health, she continues to advance research and innovation that empower individuals to live—and age—with purpose, vitality, and resilience.

RESEARCH

Focuses on advancing the science of human performance, aging, and regeneration.

Our research explores how technologies, compounds, and lifestyle or nutrition interventions can enhance quality of life by improving measurable aspects of health, function, and resilience.

By integrating data from genomics, biomarkers, and clinical outcomes, we aim to translate molecular discoveries into practical, evidence-based strategies that optimize the way people live and age.

CONSULTING

Dedicated to translating complex science into practical knowledge that empowers both clinicians and the public.

Our programs focus on personalized medicine, regenerative aesthetics, and lifestyle optimization, emphasizing how data-driven insights can be applied to improve daily function, longevity, and overall quality of life.

Through workshops, publications, and professional collaborations, we aim to bridge the gap between research and real-world practice—cultivating a deeper understanding of how innovation, prevention, and personalized care can shape the future of human health.

EDUCATION

The Quality of Life Project™ Consulting Division partners with clinicians, institutions, and industry leaders to bring science-based innovation into practice.
